{"id":94779,"date":"2024-10-26T06:25:49","date_gmt":"2024-10-26T05:25:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nmbiking.de\/wp\/?p=94779"},"modified":"2024-10-26T06:25:49","modified_gmt":"2024-10-26T05:25:49","slug":"auf-4000-muem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nmbiking.de\/wp\/?p=94779","title":{"rendered":"Auf 4000 m\u00fcM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vor genau zehn Jahren haben wir das erste Mal in unserem Leben eine H\u00f6he von viertausend Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel erreicht&#8230;<!--more--><br \/>\nWir hatten uns wegen der unklaren Informationen \u00fcber den Pass Thorong La und die Schneeverh\u00e4ltnisse entschieden, an diesem Tag soweit in Richtung Pass zu fahren, wie wir kommen w\u00fcrden.<br \/>\nBald sind wir im Schnee fast stecken geblieben und mussten streckenweise schieben und tragen. Als wir die 4000m-Marke erreicht haben, machen wir ein Foto -und kehren um. Bestimmt nicht leichten Herzens!<br \/>\nEin besonderes Erlebnis an diesem Vormittag war die Begegnung mit einem nepalesischen Sherpa, der einige Matratzen nach oben schleppte.
