Aber der Wald bietet so viel mehr als Schatten und K\u00fchle im Sommer&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das sog. <a href=\"https:\/\/nmbiking.de\/wp\/?p=53797\">Waldbaden<\/a> ist inzwischen eine anerkannte Heilmethode geworden und durchaus in bestimmten Kreisen &#8222;angesagt&#8220;. F\u00fcr mich ist der Wald ein Ort der Erholung, des Krafttankens und der Ruhe.
