Wer mit Kindern Yoga macht, kennt die Figur &#8222;Sitzen wie ein Frosch&#8220;. Einfach still sitzen und ruhig atmen&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nichts scheint sie aus der Ruhe zu bringen, es sei denn, ein Mensch kommt heran getrampelt, dann sind sie mit einem eleganten Sprung im Wasser verschwunden.<br \/>\nAuf der kleinen Mittagsrunde komme ich bei Primsweiler an einigen Teichen vorbei, einer ist mit ziemlich vielen Seerosen bedeckt. Dort habe ich im letzten Jahr schon viele Fr\u00f6sche gesehen bzw springen geh\u00f6rt. Diesmal n\u00e4here ich mich dem Platz etwas vorsichtiger. Ja, und da sitzen zwei &#8211; und meditieren, genie\u00dfen die Ruhe und die Sonne&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Auf dem Hinweg genehmige ich mir einige Trails im Lebacher Wald und besuche dann die uralte Eibe am Hofgut Lamotte&#8230;<br \/>\n\u00dcber den Radweg komme ich dann zu den Teichen und Fr\u00f6schen&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-64368 gallery-columns-3
