Zum einen geht es darum, die anstehenden oder laufenden Arbeiten zu besprechen oder zu kommentieren, zum anderen gibt es allgemeine Themen, bei denen die Mitarbeiter, die Fl\u00fcchtlinge, zuh\u00f6ren und mitreden lernen k\u00f6nnen.
